I was invited onto BBC News today to discuss Wolves. In the short time I had, I thought it best to raise concerns about the bigger picture; after all, this is far deeper than Gary O'Neil. If it's true Potter and Moyes are unwilling to get on board because of the financial model currently in place, then therein lies the problem. Progress of any kind is rendered impossible. Time for Fosun to intervene if they care one iota about the value of their investment. As it stands, we're neglecting the most important part of being a football club. The football. Instead, the tail is wagging the dog. #wwfc

The FA Cup is wide open. City not the force they once were, and many a big name already out. So who do we fancy in tonight's draw? 1. Manchester United 2. Millwall 3. Brighton 4. Preston North End 5. Exeter City or Nottingham Forest 6. Ipswich Town 7. Wolverhampton Wanderers 8. Fulham 9. Newcastle United 10. Plymouth Argyle 11. Bournemouth 12. Aston Villa 13. Burnley 14. Manchester City 15. Doncaster Rovers or Crystal Palace 16. Cardiff City

Tbf he probably knew he'd only be coming here to make up the numbers. One look at Toti Doc and Agba and didn't fancy himself to break into the team clearly. 😎 On a serious note tho, I'd always rather have a player that wants to be here, regardless of their reputation etc. Never works out if they don't.

At the time it felt like we'd gone for the cheaper option, but with each passing game it becomes more and more clear why Agbadou -not Danso- was always Pereira's number one target. If that's not a clear enough indication of VP's judgement nothing ever will be. Back this manager in the summer at all costs. Give him what he asks for, it needn't be excessive- what was Agba €20m? A manager who knows his system to a tee is priceless. Nuno, anyone? Arguably even Lage and Lop to a lesser extent? Please don't make the same mistake yet again. We've half a chance of doing something next season here. #wwfc

Clear system is the long and short of it Scott. Direct instruction on the training ground too I'd imagine. Providing answers through the system, players are instructed to fulfil certain roles rather than vice versa under Gon whereby he looked at the individuals and searched desperately for a system that suited. Best managers know how they want to play and communicate that clearly to the players. Execution is the result. My hope is the board will see this guy knows how he wants to play and what he needs to improve that system, which should give them to confidence to back him. What he wants to do works. Categorically.

@Vaughany1973 Think he's really taken to the captaincy role well and would like to think he sees how much he's valued here and gives it another year or two. Could still get a solid move abroad at 33/34 if that is indeed what he wants.

@ape_steinUK No, haven't seen anything. Not ideal that we're now in a situation where an approach can be made at anytime and that could be that.

@Spencer17240 Would be gutted personally. Another year or two to help the likes on Lima and Gomes establish would be priceless.

Bring him home. Makes so much sense for so many reasons: leadership, model professional, standards setter, petulance deterrent, infectious morale-booster and 5atb option being the most obvious! Could be our most important piece of business.
#Wolves and #lcfc in talks over surprise swap deal including Conor Coady and Craig Dawson. Nothing agreed yet and discussions in early stages, but straight swap would see Coady move back to Wolves and Dawson join Leicester. Talks continuing Source: John Percy Thoughts? #wwfc

@ScottLandry3 Another cb and mf all but confirms we'll stay up. Without another signing there's still a fair chance we have enough, but we'll be rolling the dice. I'd rather we be risk averse..
