@stackerco @LuketheLawyer1 @ThoughtfulSaint 1. Because just as the saviour was tempted harsher then others, the higher the role the bigger grab you are for satan 2. Agency, you can still be led by fools, as Ephesians says. 3. Same as above, and they hold the keys to ordinances.

@pimomormon @FirmesConstante @rustylied @NoDisassemble5 Because principle stays the same. Plus I’m not LDS.

@pimomormon @FirmesConstante @rustylied @NoDisassemble5 Yes, as I said Joseph warned of change in principle. He was fine, and even instructed Brigham to make many changes, for example the endowment in red brick store, and then in Nauvoo were worded differently yet both instructed by JS so I don’t think he cared about the linguistics

@pimomormon @FirmesConstante @rustylied @NoDisassemble5 Considering Smith commanded Brigham to “Organise and systemise” the endowment, and then later said only the principles should be kept the same, I’m led to believe changes in ordinances don’t constitute changes in the principles of covenants made.

@ChinoBlanco The issue isn’t the sermons, it’s the ahistorical sensationalism found in the film as a whole.
