This is not my experience whatsoever.
They screw us every day. We can not get the medication we need unless we beg for it, travel pay is just about impossible to apply for because appointments are not created or accessible on the dashboard, and login required to access VA home page is controlled by a third party entity. Veterans need simplicity and support, not aggravation and malicious people who don't care about our veterans. Investigate the Loma Linda VA in San Bernardino County California and see what's happening to our veterans.
