The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a Beating Retreat by The Massed Pipes and Drums of the Combined Cadet Force in Scotland at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
We say thank you and a fond farewell to Principal Lesley Franklin, after 26 years at George Heriot’s School. She has been the embodiment of our values: work hard, be kind, be happy.

A sincere thank you for the tremendous response to the Ukrainian appeal. The Chapel was full from donations by 8.30 this morning to the extent that we had to redeploy some younger pupils to help package and transport the collection over to the Hub at the Edinburgh Ukrainian Club.
