@MissMaryCovfefe end of the day though, im just not a celebrity person. its a bit like being a politician -- to succeed you have to (to some degree) surrender your authenticity and try to be what people want you to be, and not stand on values.

@megynkelly I loved the lincoln lawyer series (there were several books after "lincoln lawyer"; all very good). i just purchased "defending jacob" yesterday and will report back if it proves worthwhile. 🫡

@MissMaryCovfefe are you asking my opinion of her? i don't follow her music career, so she doesnt really overlap with my radar (apart from football cameos). the little i have seen of her personality has been unimpressive... but i don't really concern myself with her (or see the relevance)

@MissMaryCovfefe "maga" ditched chiefs kingdom? huh? i dont speak for "maga", but if youre talking football/politics overlap, i respect butker. dude is a clutch as they come and stands up for his values. mrs. mahomes is great. ive always liked chris jones (who dapped up trump) and b. cook.

@WCPO Feedback: If this was framed as "local guy overcoming odds to find success in arts... now mentoring others", itd be a story everyone could share in and celebrate. framing it with race and insinuating black people have a monopoly on trauma turns people off. its divisive.
