Many of our users are affected by the recent announcement from Institute of Biomedicine, prohibiting the use of Chinese sequencing companies. Luckily, there's an excellent local alternative at @moma_dk. Read more here:

Good morning! Today at 08.00 we'll start our planned maintenance. You will not be able to log in and jobs will not start/run during the downtime. Please check our status page for more details:

We have announced a partial downtime for maintenance of our cooling systems on January 16th. All systems will still be available, but jobs will not run during the downtime. Read more on our status page:

GenomeDK is churning on as usual, but the GenomeDK staff is taking a short break for the Christmas vacation. We'll be back on January 2nd. All systems will still be monitored and critical issues will be handled. Merry Christmas and see you in 2024!
