As a patent professional for over two decades, let me politely say - point 1 on patents / Traditional knowledge/ WIPO is nothing more than a word salad.
Patents do not prove medical efficacy.

VFS does NOT issue Visas. They collect the documents and process them. Final visa decision is with specific consulate.

So, please stop this incorrect correlation that patent equals medically effective.
