@WeAreFarmers What does prospective customer have to do to get a human?? Tried to get multi-policy quote yest but system said info needed, we'll call u. No call, so I call u, can't get to a human. Can't call btwn 9-4 because I have a job, so guess u don't want 4 new policies??

@NPDPortalatin Loved your idea of marketing to the algorithm for digital grocery, great concept to bring non-digital orgs along on the journey. Changes to the physical store are inevitable; Best Buy's model of showrooming is coming to the grocery store quickly.
Prediction: sq footage of grocery store back room will eventually exceed that of front of store. Aisles will become experiential showroom of sorts, while the back room will become a hyper-local, micro-warehouse and fulfillment center for pick up and/or delivery. #groceryshop

Reopening states is about civil liberties? Florida and Utah have yet to ratify the ERA. Texas and Ohio have tried to ban abortion. When women are equal and have complete control of their bodies, THEN you can talk about how your civil liberties are being violated.

And before anyone presumes it's all about us, that "retirement" includes our childrens' college tuition and our parents' long term care. After those are paid, maybe we'll think about ourselves.
