@FFS_WhatNow This happens to me constantly whenever I visit select hospitals in London. Very allergic to milk and gluten intolerant - on more than one occasion they’ve given me food with milk because “I have to pick one or the other”

@glazersleavenow @Adhdandmebexley @factualmama I’ve had normal b12 every time I’ve been tested, barring once I got told my b12 was high. stopped taking my supplements, went back to normal. And guess what… still disabled!

@irl_nami @factualmama I had this with bouldering! Such fewer dislocations, but the worst is when you get injured and have to take time off, it’s like starting at square 1

@Adhdandmebexley @factualmama yeah a lack of a vitamin doesn’t cause chronic pain. not sure where you read this but I’d recommend reading some medical studies because this is quite dangerous misinformation that regularly makes the rounds and is completely untrue.

@factualmama I’m so grateful for the NHS but I know if I’d grown up in private healthcare I’d be in a much different position that I am now. Even down to managing comorbidities like PCOS, ADHD, herniated disc + allergies - I’ve had to constantly fight and wait to be seen and treated
