@LouiseC09857021 @HM_Passport It’s just a replacement for a brand new damaged one last year. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Supposed to be flying for a family wedding on 11th. Have you phoned? Any updates at all?

@LouiseC09857021 @HM_Passport Was also told 5 weeks? Applied 28th July. Still waiting on my daughters replacement. Heard of so many people receiving theirs back within 2 weeks! It’s disgusting. I will be taking further action if I don’t hear by Monday
