@RnaudBertrand Whatever is said about USAID efficiency it's been pretty effective at turning Ukraine against Russia and engineering a war between the two states. Washington's managed to switch Europe away from Russian gas and onto more expensive US gas! H.Clinton talked about this in 2011.
