Zum Thema "Ich will keine Frauenquote, sondern es alleine aufgrund von Leistung schaffen". Klingt erstmal gut, aber tut so, als wenn es die letzten Jahrzehnte keine ambitionierten, fähigen Frauen gab. Ganz vielleicht hat der Mangel an Frauen oben doch was mit dem System zu tun?

@Schneeanemone1 Ist die Einrichtung denn sonst gut? Würde aus eigener Erfahrung Wechsel erwägen. Und für den Papa und dich wäre wahrscheinlich Paartherapie sinnvoll, falls du ein Paar bleiben willst. Sonst stirbt die Beziehung wohl leider grad auf Raten 😕
