This is why living abroad is better, because what do you mean you need my husband’s consent to operate on me?? The healthcare system in Nigeria needs to do better. That concept of needing a husband’s consent before you operate on a pregnant woman needs to be scrapped out.

C-Section as far as I am concerned is a major procedure. You cannot have that sort of operation and be told to go home the same day. It is not even up for debate

Called my dad in the middle of the night as I was disturbed and couldn’t sleep, he prayed with me and asked me to keep my phone on and beside me so he could hear me fall asleep. My biggest blessing 🩵
