We are delighted to announce that the club has secured Ryan Porter on a contract that will see him join the first team next season.🥳 Ryan will see out the rest of the season with us at the U20s but will join the first team for pre season💪 Huge congratulations to Ryan 👏

So this week I’ve done … 8 x 400m 10 x Sled pulls 1 Hour on the Bike 40 min amrap - bike, sled, bbj, lunges and run And I’ve 12k to do tomorrow … am no even sure I could walk 12k at the moment tho ! #HyroxGlasgow
