I August 2021 I had an incident with a co-worker where he grabbed my upper arm skin to skin joking around. This was a Friday and I learned after that the day before he got his second Pfizer shot. Fast forward a few days and on Tuesday I woke up at 2am and knew something was wrong, had a fever and felt weak and dizzy and 10 mins later in my office all got worse. Wife then ran a room temp bath and I took 50,000iu vitamin d and quercetin and zinc, also took about 5g of vitamin c a day as well. At this time that was the extinct of my knowledge in regards to treating it. Early in July 2020 I learned all getting sick or dying were low in vitamin d and that took me down a rabbit hole of learning about vitamin d. 2 weeks prior to this shedding incident I got back my blood work and I was at 81ng. I have absolutely no doubt at all that the high vitamin d level staved off a far more serious situation. As it was I was in the bath for about an hour and got out and went to bed for 5 hours and woke up feeling good and next day went to work where I told I like minded co-worker who then asked me if I was near Glen...yes Glen was the guy who grabbed my arm.
