@totalcurtis As an American, I don’t have a dog in this fight, but it certainly seems odd to move out of the country’s media capital. But maybe “media” doesn’t matter anymore, or CAMRA have different aims than they once did?

@share_pint @brewerytravels {2 of 2} Therefore extra cost; each sheet is four pages. As the author, you may wish to ask yourself what the photos are there for. Are they “graphic”…or informational? Are they unique? Do they have a point of view? Beauty and point-of-view are both worthwhile goals. Info? 🤷🏽♂️

@Longm8 @gifford_head @burningskybeer @JWLeesBrewery @thornbridge @AsahiUKLtd @oliverscider @MillsBrewing @MikkellerBeer @GreeneKingIPA @BishopNick There are certainly some things there that could easily show very well. I’ve had many many beers that were 40, 50, even 100+ years old that were magnificent (esp Bass King’s Ale 1902, served me by Mark Dorber. The @JWLeesBrewery Harvest Ale ages very nicely; great with Stilton

This is true, Pete, and it’s always sunny in Brooklyn! Have fun!
As discussed recently here and on my blog, but now LIVE: one of the best beers in the world is the beer you have when you sit down after putting up your tent at a festival having driven for hours and then dragged your gear across a field. Is it raining? I hadn’t noticed.

I sat final panel for the judging of CBOB that year, and the conversation was “spirited” to say the least. Could any British beer claiming to be “British Best Bitter” be so pale, so hoppy? Pale Rider paved the road many of us still drive on today. All hail!
We’ll be sharing the thoughts of some of our friends & legends in the beer industry this month, as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pale Rider winning @gbbf Champion Beer of Britain 2004. First up: Legendary brewmaster of @BrooklynBrewery and good friend! @GarrettOliver 🍻

@SSJ3_Alexander If you mean on packages, I believe that displaying the ABV is required by law. If you mean in bars, opinion is split. Some people say “give me all the info”, others feel it’s demeaning (like calorie counts). Wines and whiskies aren’t usually listed with ABV. I prefer to know…

@ball_micro The “real” answer is long, but yes. Short version is that @YoleleFoods new mills will bring processing losses from 50% to nearly zero. Also, much “non-arable” land is arable under fonio. So fonio prices should drop to local consumers. But this does need to be watched closely
