The government tried (and succeeded) with expropriation without compensation up until it was put before the constitutional court which is where it failed, ANC has made it very clear what their intentions are and on numerous occasions stated that exact objective, the also have been fighting to amend the constitution to allow EWC to go uncontested by the constitutional court. We frequently have land grabs of both private and government property in SA that goes uncontested by government, and land owners are not protected, the Act clearly says nil compensation, which erodes property rights, opens doors for blatant theft and corruption, and we know that the ANC clearly do not have a good track record when it comes to looting. You may be fooling yourself, but not anybody else!
