@O2 Why has no one responded to my complaint emails? I was told back in June someone was going to call me and no response. I spent over an hour and half on the phone, no one could help. I’ve since emailed get a response saying I’ll get a response in 7 working days still nothing!

@MetroBank_Help I cannot view my transactions online. I can login fine but can only see my balance. Says call but the AI is no help it doesn’t understand that I cannot view transactions wants to unlock my account? Status service says good but it’s not? Help!

@SwanHousing Why do we have housing officers if they never respond? Also why have the option to email you if you aren’t going to answer. You advertise that you are there to support tenants and the community and yet when we need something radio silence…..
