Hi! I’m C. I am a former 2-sport (basketball and softball) college athlete who embraced the off-season life a little too much when I graduated 13 years ago. Peaking at 270 pounds, I knew something had to change. I found several X accounts that were really helpful to me and, I’m down to 230 pounds. I’m really looking to the anonymous interaction with accounts that inspire me, sharing my fitness journey, and supporting the accounts that have helped me along the way (shoutouts to follow). In addition to fitness, I am a PA working in orthopedic surgery, I ride my horse, I love my family, I love Jesus, and I love my dog. More to follow, but I wanted to introduce myself in the meantime.
