But every gym has its downsides.
So what’s your least favourite thing about your gym?
Mine is the fact that if you go between 4-6 there’s a 5 min wait for every machine.
What supplements do I take?

I don’t think it is necessary to take loads of others unless you have the spare money to put towards it,
if you do then supplements like:
•Vitamin D
•Fish Oil
•Magnesium
•B12
Are all good
You may think a gym membership is expensive.
So you tell yourself that you can’t afford it so you can’t go.
What about those cigarettes your buying?
Those vapes?
Those snacks?
All those times you eat out?
The gym is not expensive, you just don’t know how to prioritise your
Machines in the gym can be so helpful for isolation work.
But not everyone likes them and there are plenty of bad ones out there.
What are your guy’s opinions on machines in the gym??
One mistake I see most people make in the gym…
Sticking to an over the top programme that’s either too high volume or doesn’t leave enough time for recovery.
If your new to the gym, you do not need to workout 7 days a week!

One of the biggest scams in the fitness industry at the moment is without a doubt the 5000 different diets going around.
The idea that you need some extreme type diet to lose weight just isn’t realistic.
The only things you need to do are:
Eat within a deficit
Eat enough
If your just starting out at the gym it’s important to remember these things:
->Focus on form first.
->If your not sure, just ask.
->Have a workout plan ready.
->Track your lifts.
->Nutrition is the foundation of all of your gains and health.
->No one in the gym is judging
Now that we’ve started the bulk it’s time for my favourite.
Protein brownies!
Roughly 220 calories per brownie.
Roughly 20g of protein per brownie.
And most importantly, they taste unreal!!
What was one the best things I did to turn my lifestyle into a healthy one?
Replace your vices.
My vices then:
•Binge eating
•Video Games
•Porn
•Weed
My vices now:
•Gyming
•Baking good but healthy treats
•Running
•Sleeping
Just replace bad habits with good ones!
