This must be a joke! Not one issue resolved in the city, from fly tipping, mismanagement of finances, lack of housing, trying to sell of our leisure centres, failing infrastructure and so much more.

Why won't @lpoolcouncil /@lpool_LSSL remove these clothes bins that pop up out of nowhere. This one on the corner of Millennium Road has been attracting fly tipping since it popped up. Not a charity it's a private company making money. Have reported numerous times.
