Gordon thought it was important for his employees to have forms of social engagement: hence, the staff magazine was born. Both the title and logo for the magazine reflected the furniture company and it's determination to bring mechanisation to the workshop. A-Z complete!

The Broadway Gordon Russell Ltd workshop was a hive of creativity. Although Gordon was keen to introduce machinery, he was also determined to keep a 'traditional workshop atmosphere'. The Museum is now housed in the former Broadway workshop. #GRDM #BroadwayCotswolds
