So, what's new? Well...nothing. It's still going to be hot for the next several days! Although, we do drop to highs in the mid-90s tomorrow. Rain chances are a bit higher today and tomorrow with an above normal likelihood of thundershowers/storms. #lawx #mswx

Temperatures today will range from the lower to mid 90s across the region. A weak cold front that moved through the area will at least keep heat index values at bay for today and remain below critical thresholds.

No local impacts are expected from Debby or any other systems over the next 7 days. We'll keep an eye on the tropical wave way out in the east Atlantic which has a medium (40%) chance to develop, but any impacts to the U.S. are well beyond 7 days away.

The heat continues on, afternoon highs will approach or reach 100°F with heat indices up into the 105-111°F range. Not a big change over the next couple days either unfortunately. Rain chances also low the next couple days. #lawx #mswx
