If infertility is part of human rights discourse, then it’s treatments among them being Assisted Reproduction ought to be part of the discourse as well, since these treatments represent a mechanism through which individuals can actualize their right to have children. Unfortunately, while people are desperate to have children and are often to do anything to bring this to life, they become vulnerable and can easily be manipulated and exploited. This is because Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), especially IVF the mostly practiced reproductive technology in Uganda Is largely unregulated. #ARTBill2023
