What do you do with the money? Think of the money already being thrown away and the problem just gets worse. Changing building codes and stopping the requirement for “affordable housing” will solve the problem. Let the market work and housing prices will come down. A huge piece of the problem is mental illness and drug abuse. What do we do there? Wellness farms?
