@Julianj1973 @tfwrail Yes, I noticed that too. No conductor coming through, so lots of people sitting in First without first class tickets and being loud. Not a first class experience at all. Claim your refund and don't let TfW fob you off with just the difference - it is in breach of contract!

@tfwrail Thank you. Have already emailed. To be clear though, a full refund is in order - TfW Rail is in breach of contract and enticed the sale of a ticket at this time with the promise of a service it has not delivered.

Actually, it's the big things, @WestMidRailway, like having management that can plan to avoid cancelling so many trains between Birmingham and Hereford using the excuse of a shortage of train crew for three years! #WestMidFailway
