@licandro1 @elpaisuy Muy interesante. Pero qué fracción del mercado representan las viviendas a estrenar? Si el número es bajo, cuánto pesa que costos de construcción sean en pesos? Por otro lado, parecería importante diseñar medidas para que precios, incluso en dólares, sean más flexibles.

Excelente la entrevista a @OddoneGabriel que hace @JavierdeHaedo . Deja bastante claras sus prioridades y su visión de cómo lograr que las ideas se transformen en políticas.
El año pasado entrevisté a @OddoneGabriel para el Podcast Nominal de @UCUoficial Hoy, Gabriel es nominado oficialmente como candidato a Ministro de Economía y Finanzas en caso de ganar la elección el Frente Amplio. Viene al caso recordar esa entrevista.

The result? Can't claim causality, but noticed a few more bikes around. I definitely saw many more electric scooters (makes sense given that the city is very hilly). As a pedestrian it felt way more comfortable. I'm happy about these changes and would like to see even more!
