@toucna_facts @ibxtoycat That is for sure a sentiment I can agree with, but things like "magic editor" or anything like that have always felt wrong to me. They want you to think it's some magical thing so you don't see the bad that AI still does. I think there are tools that AI can make just not this one

@toucna_facts @ibxtoycat I don't think it should get better at all, I think AI was a dumb idea from the start anyways. It takes the humanity out of any kind of editing, coding, artistry, whatever. The press of a button is a mockery of editing and what humans have made out of editing without AI

And I still don't really see what's so *good* about this in particular. Zoom in on the Pic, it looks terrible

@toucna_facts @ibxtoycat "Time saving" is all AI has at its disposal, literally everything else is terrible. It takes away professions, it gives mixed results, it's horrible for the environment, and companies are using that same damn excuse to ruin so many good projects, contracts, etc. Most AI is shit.

@Defalt_Holmes @ibxtoycat I agree that there are good and bad applications of what AI can do, but this is literal image generation. I have no interest in supporting generative AI, when there are better tools out there to be used for this exact result, if not better

@ibxtoycat AI shouldn't be a novel thing anymore, AI minecraft was a thing months ago and it made sufficient still images of what minecraft looks, so of course it would apply. I'm not gonna stop you or anything, but AI is seen as some huge thing and all I see it do is party tricks like this

The whole point of minecraft is creativity, to take that away and besmerch your own work because you felt like goes against all that minecraft is.
