In 2019 the Springboks hammered England 32-12 to win the Rugby World Cup for the second time. This match also happens to feature one of my all-time favourite pieces of commentary. This is Boks v England History Week!

One thing about the Rassie Erasmus approach to coaching is the general attitude after a player has a bad game. It's not "You suck!" but rather "Let's see where things went wrong and how we can fix it for next time.". I believe it does wonders for the confidence of the player.
