@HMRCcustomers I have just been cut off by an employee after a 55 minute wait on the phone because I was asking them to sort out my tax code. It’s unacceptable.

@HMRCcustomers Not good enough. I have been getting cut off by that line for months and it’s a premium charge so HMRC are making even more money out of me and still I have no answers. Who can I complain to? It’s a shambles.

@HMRCcustomers Do something about my tax code and the overpayment on my PILON payment now.

@HMRCcustomers It’s not good enough, this should be a fluid and simple process, it’s anything but. I should be able to change my tax code easily so that this is sorted instantaneously. I should be able to claim tax back on overpayments easily. However, your processes make it impossible.

@HMRCcustomers You have estimated that I have underpaid tax by over £2k when in fact I have overpaid and when I go back to work next week I’m currently on the tax code 451 LX? Apparently, that will mean you take up to 40%. I’m not having it. I want it sorting out now. When I ring it cuts off.
