Hi, Please try our little trick to get the updated channel list. Take the aerial out from the TV/box and retune then reconnect the aerial retune again.

All TV channels in the UK are regulated by Ofcom. In order to remove Russia Today from the Freeview platform, it’s broadcast license would need to be revoked. Should Ofcom decide to revoke Russia Today’s broadcast license, we will not hesitate to remove the channel immediately.

I am so very sorry as MECH+ is a streaming channel it cannot be recorded. You could speak with the manufacturer of your TV or Set Top Box to enquire if a USB stick would work for recording the streaming channels on Freeview.
