I'm no expert, but when I see a very disproportionate following vs followers, meaning following a lot, but single digit followers and a sexy profile pic, but no posts, I'm pretty sure it's a fake account. I didn't always articulate as well as I sometimes think I do. Lol I hope that made sense.
