One major trouble with Nigeria is the older generation especially the ‘elites’. They never take a clear position on critical national issues. Very slippery lots who remind you of Fifty Shades of Grey!

For the records, ENDSARS was largely angst against police highhandedness as seen in this funny clip from 2020. I will never support violence against the police but those of us who hit the streets of Benin then did not even remember Tinubu existed! Akande’s narrative is suspect.
