I think the players need to be held accountable as well. Guys are comfortable with their place on the team and it shows on the field. No consequences for bad or lackluster play it seems like and that has to come from the coach.

Almost everyone in my mentions wants Klopp and ofcourse if we are able to get him it would be a home run hire. But I think the more realistic option would be someone like Herve Renard. A highly respected international coach who gets the best out of his teams!

Being fascinated with the big/strong/fast athlete and not actual soccer players and the way our youth system is set up will always be a HUGE reason why we are where we are in international soccer. This has to change for us to be consistently competitive!
