Apart from reducing the unnecessary diagnosis of PCa, attention needs to go to the post-diagnostic space to recognise lethality features early and avoid overtrearments that harm men.

Indeed individuals do not need trials, but trials are needed for what they do to patients. Trials bring evidence.
