A person can smoke once and not develop cancer. The difference is self control. Wrong. In both products- there are highly addictive products (caffeine and sugar for coke/pepsi and nicotine for cigarettes). These substances alter human decision making pathways leading to more consumption. The corollary to the smoking industry is on point for Bill.
