@jtcoaching In the interim I’d imagine they’ll look at Rob Howley but not sure if that would solve anything. Outside options probably include pro club coaches on secondment (Sherratt/Mark Jones maybe) or possibly someone like Toby Booth/Dai Young.

@AsaFoodAndWine @WelshRugbyUnion I was under the impression that the break clause was just a rumour, but if it is correct then obviously from a financial perspective we have to wait. Genuinely of the belief that an interim team taking over now will do far less harm than keeping Gatland on.

@jhgr81 I think Dewi, Jac and Tomos are decent shouts and Toby hasn’t had a massive amount of gametime but I absolutely wouldn’t rule him out. Class is permanent and he’s showed that time and time again.

@RugbyPhilBB Fair shout. Adams has done well whenever he’s been there. The point I was really trying to make though is that it would make more sense for either Adams or Rogers to start there than Murray. But Murray will start there. Obviously, the best replacement isn’t in the squad.

@Eddierugbyrugby Morgan and Botham are both good over the ball and the front five are also capable. We just need to get them in a position where they’re able to poach instead of doing all the tackling. Agreed that’s a coaching thing.

@Eddierugbyrugby In any case, there’s better versatility provided by Wainwright. Can’t be playing two 7s at the moment. Reffell is an insanely good player, he’s just unlucky that Jac’s in the same position.
