Never done anything of this and don´t feel the need to do. Your body knows what you need way more than an app.
Breaking News: Some people walk when they feel inspired to without counting their steps, eat real food without tracking their calories, and sleep naturally—waking up feeling good. No apps, no data, and no weekly podcasts changing their decisions. Just full trust in their bodies.

Perks of working from home because of a cold: seeing the squirrel family again. 😍 They were babies two years ago and haven't seen them together in a looong time but all three are still around + a parent. So good to see they all made it. 😃
