Every single person who jumped the gun must be feeling pretty damn stupid right about now. All their favorite content creators—the ones they trusted—are either backpedaling, claiming they were "misled," or straight-up calling their own audience naive for falling for the outrage they helped manufacture. Funny how that works. Oh, well.

Facts.....
"The Modern Audience" has always been a phantom audience. It's not real, nor is it sizable enough to make these DEI project work, or, they would've been successful by now. Somehow a very loud minority on Twitter got through, and got taken seriously, while all other voices were ignored.

@SpiderTrades @DT2ComicsChat You're probably right on X-23. What do you think on the comic book side tho? I personally liked Kate Bishop in Old Man Hawkeye, but that's the only version of her I did like. Marvel just pushed the legacy characters way to hard ,IMO, to try and appeal to the modern audience.
