In 2012 we got £300t but we observed massive political upheaval in those regions around that time. Did my beans cause the arab spring ?!

@Rosewood_Farm Spot on. Sowing the seed for a cut in ELMs is my fear. Still using this word subsidy ELM is not a subsidy it is buying a service market will not deliver at any significant scale.
