For all your key pages, check if the HTML description meta-tag matches the description Google shows on SERPs when listing your page. If they are different, it means Google believes it can generate a better definition for your page than you did. Go back and write a better one.

Never confuse owned leads with non-owned leads. We own a lead the moment we legally get someone's contact info. We can contact leads we own as we want, we are constrained only respecting their privacy. We do not own our leads from social media. We must pay to contact them.
