Read the Mining Code, Articles 50-61, about the PRs. All is provided about the ownership and splitting.
Dathcom's Permit is already documented by a DFS and all Avis Favorables. Mining Regulation provides the guidance fromt its Article 43 and below for such a case. LAW NOT OPINION

According to well informed people, Zijin and Cominiere were working since 2 weeks on an out of court Gentlemen Agreement under the monitoring of JusticeMin to give to Chinese an other place in Manono. They might conclude last week their Agreement. We do wait for official release.

You all must praise Nigel's team fo work well done to do drillings and finalize a very Technical DFS approved by all Technical Mining Services at the MoM, including by CAMI in 3 years. Law gave them 5 years renewable once for PR. They are Heroes to have achieved a huge milestone.
