@SAS I have filed a report of missing baggage immediately on arrival to Stockholm. My baggage was delivered to me 2 DAYS LATER, in my hotel. The question is that, due to your incompetence, I had to buy emergency clothes and toiletries to be able to attend and present in the conference.
