I think it’s different for each person. Losing weight IS making me happier because I am more comfortable. I can move around in more comfort (chub run is super painful) It’s easier to shave my legs. My back doesn’t hurt as much. It’s for me, not what people think of me.

When I was 16, I ran away from home. My brother got into my email and figured out where I was from them. My mom was able to call the police in that state and get me.Check her computer, try to crack every email, social media. Anything and everything. I really hope the best for u.

This is embarrassing. I am not even NEAR done yet. This is currently my before and after. I have a long way to go. Today I fit into my super old smaller shorts. They gave me a bit of a muffin top, but they fit and stayed up comfortably to workout! If I can do it, you can too.
