They finally added the option to hide Online status for everyone, almost 9 years after initial Watusi release 😅
They also added the option to view Statuses on top of the chats, so you can disable "Statuses on Chats" from Watusi settings.

WhatsApp added a detection for using unofficial app, still not sure what they are checking.
Only few users got this alert and it even showed for users already using official IPA without any linked duplicate.
This is not a ban, they just force use of official app from AppStore.

Just a reminder, sending emails and tweets repeatedly asking for a Sideloading update directly after a WA release will not speed up the process. It takes time to fix issues and get tweaks working properly and tested before releasing the updates.
