Not sure this argument is the killer one the prof thinks it is! We saw Upton in court and he is very clearly a man, so Stephen's imaginary other bloke could, just as easily, point at him. Make the argument this is about passing if you must, but that won't go down well with your comrades!
@BChairss But if I use the women’s changing rooms how are you going to tell any man he needs to stay out, when all they would do is point to me & say “but he’s in here”

@stephenwhittle @BChairss So it's about passing then? You actually want to go there? Because we've all seen Upton in the flesh and he's at no risk of being mistaken for female! Nor are some of the hulking men who came with him.

Weirdly, we were waiting for a couple of hours in a corridor with Upton's TRA supporters. Aside from a bit of performative aggro (on their part) trying to jump the queue, we managed to restrain ourselves from any 'deranged' attacks. Funny that.
@Nanadollmaster @ForWomenScot It was still very slanted. All that guff about smiling and face covering. I’d cover my face from these bigots there’s real danger of attack they’re deranged.

Excellent account of the Fife tribunal!
Female colleagues should never be expected to share changing facilities with male colleagues regardless of how they identify. It's wrong, and unlawful. But that's what happened to Sandie Peggie, a nurse working for NHS Fife.
