@SteveOnSpeed Great tips! Especially for junior jobs. It’s because we form a candidate bias in 2 min and spend the remaining interview confirming it. It’s why interviews are shit predictors of job performance. Resumes too 💩. Behavior + Cog assessments + structured interview = best predictor⚡

@bhalligan Love this because it aligns well with mission (why you exist, not time-bound, never complete) and vision (what you are building over the next several years in service of the mission, it is time-bound). Board meetings are little pulse checks on them. How - not needed if on track.

@searchliaison I'm using Google Search Console for our website at and it's showing that our blog pages are indexed, but when I search on Google for specific post URLs they are not listed. I had an agency review my set up and they too are perplexed. Help?
