@SpringIsReal nah that sounds awful, we just need someone that understands that each mode SHOULD be separate and dont need to be as similar as possible to one another. if they understood that, theyd be more likely to separate lootpools, add siphon to rank, change things between modes, etc

@SpringIsReal it is the same passionate devs, the problem is the actual company. epic games as a company wants to push fortnite to its limits and wants it to be a UE5 testing ground. you can tell that with the new movement anims, lumen, nanite, ray tracing, etc. epic needs new leadership asap

@SpringIsReal reload is technically inspired from OG fortnite but its not OG fortnite. its fun yea but the oasis map is not good imo and the other map is too saturated with the wrong textures on the grass and it looks weird

@SpringIsReal its really really sad honestly. if epic doesnt fix og, people will stop playing it and epic will fully lose an entire player base, aka the people that have been playing for years that like how the game used to be. if they made it accurate everyone that played og would be happy

@ZacBasten the health bug is only in zero build afaik, i havent seen it once throughout hundreds of games of OG and i play builds and on pc, and every time ive seen someone get it its always in zero builds

@ZacBasten port a forts definitely shoulda been in zero build idk why they chose just the bunker considering the port a fort was in chapter 1 lol, honestly zero build og shouldnt even exist imo

@ZacBasten imo the only way to fix ranked is make it identical to arena siphon separate lootpools 500 mats no moving zones til s5 but after then yea add the 9 phase moving zones that we had for half of c1

@ZacBasten i couldve had like 100+ crown wins this season but when im in og i always drop my crown, if crowns actually had a purpose instead of being loud and obnoxious id carry them. they need a crown shop like in fall guys

@ZacBasten nah og storms should be in all og modes, og is supposed to be og, not new at all. ranked og shouldnt even exist and they need to add siphon and shit to it for it to be played at all

@ZacBasten the models are all correct now besides the pistol, but the icons on the tac and ar are just wrong rn (will be fixed soon tho :D) the terrain is perfect, the problem is alot of buildings are missing and the textures on the terrain were poorly imported and it looks bad

I also feel like the Spawn Chances in OG C1S1 were perfect and felt about how it used to, now it's like impossible to get a Scar. Also the chances to get a gold Scar now are basically the same as your chance to get a mythic/exotic in Reload, which is ridiculous @FortniteStatus

@ZacBasten @OGFortnite_ @VideogameFan1 @HYPEX it aint even about nostalgia for me, been playing since the game came out before season 1, yet its not about nostalgia. i just genuinely loved the way games played out and the way it looked and felt, new fortnite feels nothing like what i fell in love with at all

@EvokeIssa @prodromos61 id agree but i dont want to play a mode where losing really hurts just to not fight ai, plus there are bots in ranked up until elite and at that point you have to seriously try

@EvokeIssa the animations look so fucking goofy now man i feel like either im a robot or im in a cinematic trailer, and both feel like shit. they dont feel organic at all, they just feel clunky, slow, and ugly. wish they never changed it but just like everything else, its chapter 5's fault

@ThePieceOfGras @Frezzi54 i just realized i worded that first tweet poorly the storm is MEANT to force people into fights, so it being >50% of the map most of the game is not a good thing. it slows gameplay down to an extremely slow pace and makes the lack of movement suck when before it didnt
