Police/prosecution will apply for a FBO but fans can oppose the application @TheFootblLawyer has helped many fans successfully oppose these applications. What is “unjust” can be numerous & varied & personal/work related.
Football banning orders were introduced in 1980s to prevent football violence & disorder They were not intended for this However, since 2022 FBOs now given for ALL football offences

@DownTheAlley69 Sounds like a legal aid contribution figure. We do not get paid anywhere near that. Call us to find out more about how the system works, it will only take an hour but you’ll find out it’s the government and not Rob who is to blame.
