Fon received about 5" of snow, 3.26.2023. Much of the parking lot has been cleared. The racetrack is being prepped for racing. The sun is expected to shine. Temps are expected to be above freezing by noon. WE HAVE EVERY INTENTION TO RACE TODAY. Expected track: sloppy or muddy.

Just to clarify the news from Fonner. The new daily Late Pick 4 begins Monday, April 6. The mandatory payout day is Tuesday, April 7. The Dinsdale Pick 5 Jackpot will start anew on Wednesday, April 8. Closing day is set for Wednesday, April 29th. Bring On The Fon!

...in the end, the sun finally shined through. Hats off to Fon track superintendent Rick Danburg, the entire facilities crew and the jockeys. We conducted all seven races over a track that was simply sloppy. Good luck to the valets with cleaning tack.
